PREAMBLE

An Act further to amend the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission Act, 2014 (Uttarakhand Act 20 of 2014)

Enacted by the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows--

 

Section 1 - Short title and commencement

(1)     This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission (Amendment) Act, 2019.

 

(2)     It shall come into force at once.

 

Section 2 - Amendment of Section 3

In the Uttarakhand Subordinate Service Selection Commission Act, 2014 (Act 20 of 2014), the clause (b) of Section 3 shall be substituted as follows, namely--

"(b) under the high court,"
