August, 2019] An Act to repeal the
Uttar Pradesh Stamp Act, 2008 It is hereby enacted
in the Seventieth Year of the Republic of India as follows-- This Act may be
called the Uttar Pradesh Stamp (Repeal) Act, 2019. The Uttar Pradesh
Stamp Act, 2008 is hereby repealed. [1] Received the assent of the Governor on August
