PREAMBLE
A
Regulation to apply the Bihar and Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1924[1]. to the
Ranchi District.
Whereas
it is expedient to apply to the Bihar and Orissa Aerial Rechek Act, 1924[2], to the
Ranchi District;
It is
hereby enacted as follows :
Regulation- 1. Short title.-
This
Regulation may be called the Ranchi District Laws Regulation, 1948.
Regulation- 2. Application of the Bihar and Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1924[3]to the Ranchi District.-
The Bihar
and Orissa Aerial Ropeways Act, 1924[4], as at present in force
in Bihar State, apply to the Ranchi District.
