In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of
the Sikkim (Repeal and Miscellaneous Provisions) Act, 1985, the State
Government hereby makes the following rule to amend the Sikkim Trade License
and Miscellaneous Provisions Rules, 2011, namely:- (1) This rule may be called the
Sikkim Trade License and Miscellaneous Provision (Amendment) Rules, 2011. (2) It shall be deemed to have come
into force on the 16th Day of April 2011. In the Sikkim Trade License and Miscellaneous
Provision Rules, 2011for the existing Schedule-I following shall be substituted
