21/Const./Art.309/Amd.(2)/2021.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the
proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, and all other powers
enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the
following rules further to amend the Punjab Naib-Tehsildars (Group B) Service
Rules, 2019, namely :- (1)
These rules may be called the Punjab
Naib-Tehsildars (Group-B) (Amendment) Service Rules, 2021. (2)
They shall come into force on and with effect
from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. In the Punjab
Naib-Tehsildars (Group-B) Service Rules, 2019, in Appendix A, against serial
No.1, under column 7, for the existing entry, the following shall be
substituted, namely:- "10300-34800+4800 Grade
Pay: Provided that out of 193
posts, the Naib Tehsildars recruited under Register A (Direct Recruitment and
Compassionate Appointments) after 17th July, 2020 shall be entitled to the pay
scale as per Level-6 of the 7th Central Pay Commission pay matrix with initial
