PREAMBLE

The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to amend the rules in respect of The National Capital Territory of Delhi Pension Scheme to Women in Distress in the age group of 18 to 60 years Rules 2010, published in the Delhi Gazette vide Notification F. 41(22)/DSW-WCD/FAS/Sch Amen/09-10/ 26/11/10 as following, namely:-

Rule - 1. Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)     These Rules may be called The National Capital Territory of Delhi Pension Scheme to Women in Distress in the age group of 18 to 60 years (Amendment) Rules 2012

Rule - 2. Amendment of Rules 7 (i).

In Rule 7 (i) of the said Rules, the words 'One thousand Five Hundred" shall be substituted for the Word "One Thousand"

Rule - 3. Amendment of Rule 12(1).

In Rule 12(1) of the said Rules, the fallowing shall be added. "She will receive equal financial assistance under Old Age Pension Scheme These shall come in to force from the current financial year w.e.f. 01/04/2012.
