PREAMBLE
A Regulation To Apply The
Provisions Of The Bihar And Orissa State Aid To Industries Act, 1923, To The
District Of Koraput And The Ganjam Agency Tracts
WHEREAS it is expedient to apply
the provisions of the Bihar and Orissa State Aid to Industries Act, 1923 (Bihar
and Orissa Act VI of 1923), to the district of Koraput and the Ganjam Agency
Tracts;
It is hereby enacted as
follows:--
Regulation - 1. Short title.--
This Regulation may be called the
Koraput and Ganjam Agency Tracts State Aid to Industries Regulation, 1947.
Regulation - 2. Application of the Bihar and Orissa State Aid to Industries Act, 1923.--
The Bihar and Orissa State Aid to
Industries Act, 1923 (Bihar and Orissa Act VI of 1923), shall apply to the
district of Koraput and the Ganjam Agency Tracts.
Regulation - 3. Repeal of Madras Act V of 1923.--
The Madras State Aid to
Industries Act, 1922 (Madras Act V of 1923), is hereby repealed.
