JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL) RECRUITMENT (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2003

 

PREAMBLE

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the governor of Sikkim is hereby pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Junior Engineer (civil) Recruitment Rules 1993, namely:-

Rule - 1.

(1)     These rules may be called the Junior Engineer (Civil) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2003.

(2)     They shall come into force at once.

Rule - 2.

In the Junior Engineer (Civil) Recruitment Rules, 1993, in the Schedule, under column I,

(i)       the words bracket and figure "Grade II" shall be omitted.

(ii)      the words, bracket and figure "Jr. Engineer (Civil) Grade-I", and entries relating thereto shall be omitted.
