S.R.O. 14.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Indian Ordnance Factories Organization, Junior Works Manager (Group 'B' Post) Recruitment Rules, 1996, namely: -

Rule - 1. Short Title and Commencement.

(i) These rules may be called the Indian Ordnance Factories Organization, Junior Works Manager (Group B Post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(ii) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Rule - 2.

In the Indian Ordnance Factories Organization, Junior Works Manager (Group B Post) Recruitment Rules, 1996 -

In Schedule under Column 13, following shall be substituted namely:

If a Departmental Promotion Committee exists, what is its composition

Group ‘B’ Departmental Promotion Committee (for considering the promotion/ confirmation) consisting of :

1. Additional Director General Ordnance (Coordination and Services) – Chairman;

2. Deputy Director General, Directorate of Ordnance (Coordination and Services) - Member;

3. Deputy Director General, Directorate of Ordnance (Coordination and Services) - Member.
