In
exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the United Nations (Security Council) Act, 1947
(43 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend
the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on Libya
Order, 2016, namely:- (1) This Order may be
called the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolutions on
Libya (Amendment) Order, 2019. (2) It shall come into
force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. In
the Implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution on Libya
Order, 2016,- (a) in the long title, in
the fourth paragraph, after the brackets and figures (2015), the figures,
brackets and word "2214 (2015) and 2362 (2017)" shall be inserted; (b) in clause 2, in sub-clause
(1), in item (a),- (i) after the figures and
brackets 2214(2015), the figures and brackets "2362 (2017)" shall be
inserted; (ii) after the words
"adopted by the Security Council", the following shall be inserted,
namely:- "and
includes notification numbers SC/12314 (1 April 2016), SC/12586 (11 November
2016), SC/13371 (7 June 2018), SC/13497 (11 September 2018), SC/13508 (17
September 2018) and SC/13587 (16 November 2018) issued by the Security Council
