79/Const./Art.309/2022.- In exercise of the powers conferred under the proviso
to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Government of Haryana hereby
makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Veterinary Headquarter
and field (Group-C) Service Rules, 1999, namely. These rules may be
called the Haryana Veterinary Headquarter and field (Group C) Service
(Amendment) Rules, 2022. In the Haryana
Veterinary Headquarter and field (Group-C) Service Rules, 1999, for rule 5, the
following rule shall be substituted, namely. "5.
Age. - No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service by direct
recruitment who is less than eighteen years or more than forty-two years of
age, on the last date of submission of application to the Commission.".Haryana
