HARYANA STATE WAREHOUSING CORPORATION (OFFICERS &
STAFF) AMENDMENT REGULATIONS, 2016
PREAMBLE
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 42 of the
Warehousing Corporation Act, 1962 (Central Act 58 of 1962), and all other
powers enabling him in this behalf and with the previous sanction of the State
Government, the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation hereby makes the
following regulations further to amend the Haryana Warehousing Corporation
(Officers and Staff) Regulations, 1994 namely:
Regulation - 1.
These regulations may be called the Haryana State
Warehousing Corporation (Officers & Staff) Amendment Regulations, 2016.
Regulation - 2.
In the Haryana State Warehousing Corporation (Officers
and Staff) Regulations, 1994 (hereinafter called the said regulations), in
regulation 8, sub-regulation (1):
(a)
after clause (a-a), the following clause
(a-aa) shall be inserted, namely:-
(a-aa) in the case of Superintending Engineer (Civil) -
(i)
by promotion from Executive Engineer of the
Corporation; or
(ii)
by deputation from PWD (B & R) or any
other State Government Board/Corporation.
(iii) Failing both above, by direct recruitment.
Regulation - 3.
In the said regulations, in Appendix - A of regulation -
3(1)
(a)
exiting entries against Sr. No.; 1, 1-AA, 9,
10, 23 & 24 under column No. 1,2,3,4 & 5 respectively shall be
substituted with the following entry:-
