(AMENDMENT) ACT, 2017 THE HARYANA PANCHAYATI RAJ (AMENDMENT) ACT,
2017 [Act No. 08 of 2017] [22nd March, 2017] An Act further to amend the Haryana
Panchayati Raj Act, 1994. Be it
enacted by the Legislature of the State of Haryana in the Sixty-eighth Year of
the Republic of India as follows :- This
Act may be called the Haryana Panchayati Raj (Amendment) Act, 2017 For
sub-section (3) of section 24 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 ( Act
11of 1994), the following Amendment of sub-section shall be substituted,
namely:-- "(3) No. person shall dig, alter or damage any
street, pavement or drain in a Act 11 of 1994 village in any manner, for any
purpose without prior permission of such authority and subject to such terms
and conditions, as may be prescribed.".
