No. 07/02/2018-2IB-1.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Industries and Commerce Field Cadre (Group C) Service Rules, 2014, namely:-

Rule 1. :-

 

These rules may be called the Haryana Industries and Commerce Field Cadre (Group C) Service (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

Rule 2. :-

 

In the Haryana Industries and Commerce Field Cadre (Group C) Service Rules, 2014, in rule 5, for the word "seventeen", the word "eighteen" shall be substituted.
