Haryana Health Department Multipurpose Health Supervisors And Multipurpose Health Workers Group C Service (Amendment) Rules, 2024

PREAMBLE

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Haryana hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Haryana Health Department Multipurpose Health Supervisors and Multipurpose Health Workers Group 'C' Service Rules, 1984, namely:-

Rule 1.

These rules may be called the Haryana Health Department Multipurpose Health Supervisors and Multipurpose Health Workers Group C Service (Amendment) Rules, 2024.

Rule 2.

In the Haryana Health Department Multipurpose Health Supervisors and Multipurpose Health Workers Group C Service Rules, 1984, for Appendix B, the following Appendix shall be substituted, namely:-

1	Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Male)		By promotion Five year experience as Multipurpose Health Worker (Male). By transfer or deputation- (i) Two years experience as Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Male); (ii) 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board. (iii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric; (iv) Multipurpose Health Worker Training, Regular Course from an Institution recognized by the Government.
2	Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Female)		By promotion Five year experience as Multipurpose Health Worker (Female). By transfer or deputation- (i) Two year experience as Multipurpose Health Supervisor (Female); (ii) 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board; (iii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric; (iv) ANM Training Course from an institution recognized by the Government; (v) Diploma of Lady Health visitor from a recognized institution; and (vi) Registered as a Lady Health visitor with Haryana Nursing Council.
3	Multipurpose Health Worker (Male)	(i) 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board; (ii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric; (iii) Multipurpose Health Worker Training, Regular Course from an Institution recognized by the Government.	By transfer or deputation- (i) Two year experience as Multipurpose Health Worker (Male); and (ii) 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board; (iii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric; (iv) Multipurpose Health Worker Training, Regular Course from an Institution recognized by the Government.
4	Multipurpose Health Worker (Female)	(i) 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board; (ii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric; (iii) ANM Training Course from an institution recognized by the Government.	By transfer or deputation- (i) Two years experience as Multipurpose Health Worker (Female); and (ii) 10+2 in any stream from a recognized Board; (iii) Hindi or Sanskrit as one of the subject in Matric; (iv) ANM Training Course from an institution recognized by the Government.

Note:- The Multi Purpose Health worker (Male) or Multi Purpose Health Worker (Female) who have undergone Multi Purpose Health Worker Training Course or ANM Training Course with Matric prior to the Haryana Government, Health Department, Notification No.18/G.S.R./Const./Art.309/2014,dated the 21st February, 2014, shall be eligible."
