Gram Sevak, Class-III, In The Superior Panchyat Service Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 227 read with sub-section (5) of section 274 of the Gujarat Panchayats Act, 1993 (Guj. 18 of 1993), the Government of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gram Sevak, Class-III, in the Superior Panchayat Service Recruitment Rules, 2014, namely;

Rule - 1.

(1)     These rules may be called the Gram Sevak, Class-III, in the Superior Panchyat Service Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2)     They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Rule - 2.

In the Gram Sevak, Class-III, in the Superior Panchayat Service Recruitment Rules, 2014, in the rule 3, in clause (b), in sub-clause (i), in para (a), after the letters, brackets and word "B.E. (Agriculture)", the letter, brackets and word "B.Tech. (Agricuture Engineering)" shall be inserted.
