Gazetted Officers (Pre-Service Training And Examination) Rules, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gazetted Officers (Pre-service Training and Examination) Rules, 1970, namely:

Rule - 1.


These rules may be called the Gazetted Officers (Pre-service Training and Examination) Rules, 2023.

Rule - 2.


In the Gazetted Officers (Pre-service Training and Examination) Rules, 1970. in the rule-12, in sub-rule (2). for the figures and word, "60 percent", the words, "50 percent" shall be substituted.
