In exercise
of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of
India, the Governor of Sikkim, hereby makes the following rules further to
amend the Education Department (Headmasters of Lower Primary Schools, Primary
Schools and Junior High Schools) Recruitment Rules, 2002, namely: - (1)
These rules
may be called the Education Department (Headmasters of Lower Primary Schools,
Primary Schools and Junior High Schools) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2008. (2)
They shall
come into force at once. In the
Education Department (Headmasters) Recruitment Rules, 2002, for the existing
Schedule, the following Schedule shall be substituted, namely:- SCHEDULE Name of
