An Act to repeal the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur Act, 2012.

Be it enacted by the Rajasthan State Legislature in the Sixty-seventh Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section - 1. Short title and commencement :-

(1)     This Act may be called the Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur (Repeal) Act, 2016.

(2)     It shall come into force at once.

Section - 2. Repeal of Rajasthan Act No. 30 of 2012 :-

The Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar Law University, Jaipur Act, 2012 (Act No. 30 of 2012) is hereby repealed. Brjesh kumar dangara, Principal Secretary to the Government.
