Directorate Of Estates, Regional Offices (Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Shimla, Nagpur, Chandigarh And Faridabad) Multi Tasking Staff (Group-C Post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules to amend the Directorate of Estates, Regional Offices (Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Shimla, Nagpur, Chandigarh and Faridabad), Multi Tasking Staff (Group-C Post) Recruitment Rules, 2013, namely :

Rule - 1.

(1)     These rules may be called the Directorate of Estates, Regional Offices (Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Shimla, Nagpur, Chandigarh and Faridabad) Multi Tasking Staff (Group-C Post) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023.

(2)     They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Rule - 2.

In the Directorate of Estates, Regional Offices (Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Shimla, Nagpur, Chandigarh and Faridabad), Multi Tasking Staff (Group-C Post) Recruitment Rules, 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule (2), the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2    Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix - The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules."

Rule - 3.

In the said rules, in the Schedule, in column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following column heading and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
