[05th May 2022] In
exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of Delhi Nursing Council Act,
1997 (Delhi Act No.3 of 1999), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital
Territory of Delhi, is pleased to amend the Delhi Nursing Council Rules, 2001
as under: (i)
These Rules may
be called the Delhi Nursing Council (Amendment) Rules, 2021. (ii)
They shall come
into the force with effect from the date of their publication in the official
Gazette. In the
Delhi Nursing Council Rules, 2001 for Rule 10, "10. Registration and
Enlistments:- Every
person who desires to get registered with the Council shall apply for
registration in Form No. 1 and shall pay a fees:-" the following rule
