DEBTS RECOVERY TRIBUNAL-1, BENGALURU (MULTI-TASKING STAFF) RECRUITMENT (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2017

PREAMBLE

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 36 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Bangalore (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2016, namely:-

Rule 1 - RULE 1

(1) These rules may be called the Debts Recovery Tribunal-1, Bengaluru (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Rule 2 - RULE 2

In the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Bangalore (Multi-Tasking Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 3, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"3. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of post, its classification and the level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules."

Rule 3 - RULE 3

In the said rules, in the Schedule,-

(A) In column (4), for the column heading and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level in the pay matrix

(4)

Level-1 (Rs. 18000-56900/-)";

(B) In column (6), for the words and figures "Between 18 and 27 years", the words and figures "Between 18 and 25 years" shall be substituted.
