COPY HOLDER, CLASS III, RECRUITMENT (AMENDMENT) RULES, 2014

PREAMBLE

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Art. 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Copy Holder, Class III, Recruitment Rules, 2008, namely:--

Rule - 1.

These rules may be called the Copy Holder, Class III, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2014.

Rule - 2.

In the Copy Holder, Class III, Recruitment Rules, 2008, in Rule 3, in clause (c), sub-clause (ii) shall be deleted.
