In exercise of the powers
conferred by the proviso to Art. 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor
of Gujarat hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Copy Holder,
Class-III, Recruitment Rules, 2008, namely :-- These rules may be called the
Copy Holder, Class-III, Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2013. In the Copy Holder, Class-III,
Recruitment Rules, 2008 in Rule 3, in clause (a), for the figures and word
"26 years", the figures and word "29 years" shall be
substituted.COPY
