PREAMBLE

An Act further to amend the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005).

Be it enacted by the Chhattisgarh Legislature in the Seventy-Third Year of the Republic of India, as follows:-

Section 1 - Short Title, Extent and Commencement

(1)     This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) (Amendment) Act, 2022.

(2)     It extends to the whole State of Chhattisgarh.

(3)     It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Section 2 - Amendment of Schedule

In the Schedule made under sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment and Operation) Act, 2005 (No. 13 of 2005), after serial number 15 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be added, namely:-
