BORDER SECURITY FORCE, HEADQUARTERS, SENIOR GESTETNER OPERATOR ( GROUP' C' POSTS) RECRUITMENT (AMENDMENT) RULES 2017

PREAMBLE

In exercise of the powers, conferred by clauses(b) and (c) of sub section (2) of section 141 of the Border Security Force Act 1968 (47 of 1968), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Border Security Force Senior Gestetner Operator Recruitment Rules 2013, namely:-

Rule 1 - Short title and commencement

(1) These rules may be called Border Security Force, Headquarters, Senior Gestetner Operator ( Group' C' Posts) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

Rule 2 - Rule 2

In the Border Security Force, Headquarter, Senior Gestetner Operator (Group 'C' Post) Recruitment Rules 2013 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for rule 2, the following rule shall be substituted, namely:-

"2. Number of post, classification and Level in the pay matrix.-

The number of said post, its Classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules".

Rule 3 - Rule 3

In the said rules, in the Schedule.-

(a) in column (4),-

(i) for the heading, the following heading shall be substituted, namely :-

"Level in the pay matrix,";

(ii) for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely:-

"Level-2 (Rs.19900-63200/-)";

(b) in column (11), under the sub-heading "Promotion", Note 2 shall be omitted.
