In exercise of the powers
conferred by Section-14(1) of "Bihar Technical Service Commission Act
,2014" the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following Rules to
amend the "Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Rules , 2015 " (1)
These Rules may be called "
The Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission (Amendment) Rules, 2018." (2)
It shall extend to the whole of
the State of Bihar. (3)
It shall come into force at once. Amendment in the Heading,
Sub rule-1 of Rule-1, Rule-2(b), Rule-2(c), Rule-2(d), Rule-2(e) and Sub rule-4
of Rule-10 of Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2015 I- The
words "Staff" and "Selection" used in " Bihar
Technical Staff Selection Commission" mentioned in the Heading, Sub rule-1
of Rule-1, Rule-2(b), Rule-2(c), Rule-2(d), Rule-2(e) and Sub rule-4 of Rule-10
of the said Rules, 2015, shall be substituted by the word " Service" Amendment in sub rule-(1)
of Rule-6 of The Bihar Technical Staff Selection Commission Rules, 2015 I- the
word and figures " Grade Pay below Rs. 4800/-(four thousand eight hundred)
or equivalent as revised Grade Pay from time to time" used in Sub rule-(1)
of Rule-6 of the said Rules, 2015 shall be deleted.BIHAR TECHNICAL
