Assistant Director, Integrated Social Security Extension Officer And Assistant Statistical Officer, Departmental Training And Examination Rules, 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Madhya Pradesh, hereby, makes the following rules for the Departmental Examinations in Social Justice and Disabled Persons Welfare Department, namely:-

Rule - 1. Short title, commencement and application.

(1)     These rules shall be called the Assistant Director, Integrated Social Security Extension Officer and Assistant Statistical Officer, Departmental Training and Examination Rules, 2021.

(2)     They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

(3)     These rules shall apply to the post, of Assistant Director, Integrated Social Security Extension Officer and Assistant Statistical Officer working in the department.

Rule - 2. Definitions.

(a)      "Academy" means the R.C.V.P. Noronha Administration Academy;

(b)      "Annexure" means the Annexure annexed with the rules;

(c)      "Course" means the course as prescribed in Annexure-A;

(d)      "Department" means the Social Justice And Disabled Welfare Department;

(e)      "Departmental Examination means the examination as provided in these rules.

Rule - 3. Date and place of departmental examination.

(1)     R.C.V.P. Noronha Administration Academy shall conduct two months training lor Assistant Director, Integrated Social Security Extension Officer and Assistant Statistical Officer within a period of six months.

(2)     The departmental examination shall be concluded by the Academy at least twice in a year.

Rule - 4. Subjects of Departmental Examination.


The following shall be the subjects for departmental examination for-

(1)     Administrative and Financial Law and Procedure.

(2)     knowledge of Acts/Rules by which the Department is governed.

(3)     knowledge of departmental schemes.

(4)     Official process and practical studies.

Rule - 5. Course of Departmental Examination.


The course of departmental examination is annexed as Annexure-A.

Rule - 6. Minimum marks for passing the departmental examination.


Any candidate who appears in the departmental examination shall be required to obtain minimum marks as given below:-

Note : The academy shall provide an Assistant/Scribe/Reader, Writer free of cost for the candidates who have vision impairment and he shall not be equivalent or more educationally qualified than the candidate and shall not be a Government Servant of the Departmental Service, They shall be given extra 20 minutes in every one hour.

Rule - 7. Regulation of increment.


After passing the departmental examination, the candidate who qualify the examination shall be given one increment by the department.

Rule - 8. Agency and Operation of examination.

(a)      The examination shall be conducted by the Academy.

(b)      The examination shall be operated under the control of Academy.

(c)      All the question papers shall be prepared in Hindi only.

(d)      50 % of the questions, shall be objective type and remaining 50 % of questions shall be descriptive type.

(e)      The responsibilities of preparations of Question Paper, evaluation of the Answer Sheets, declaration of results and maintenance of confidentiality in the entire process shall be of the Academy.
