THE ANDHRA PRADESH (TELANGANA AREA) LAND REVENUE (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1965

PREAMBLE

An Act further to amend the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 F.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Sixteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:--

 

Section 1 - Short title and commencement

(1)     This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue (Amendment) Act, 1965.

 

(2)     It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 25th February, 1965.

Section 2 - Amendment of section 67-A, Act VIII of 1317 F

In clauses (i) and (ii) of section 67-A of the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Land Revenue Act, 1317 F., for the words "one year", the words "four years" shall be substituted.
