April 2022] AN ACT FURTHER TO AMEND THE
ANDHRA PRADESH LABOUR WELFARE FUND ACT, 1987. Be it enacted by the
Legislature of the State of Andhra Pradesh in the Seventy Third Year of the
Republic of India, as follows :- (1)
This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh
Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2022. (2)
It shall come into force on such date as the
State Government may, by notification, in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, appoint. "(i-A)

In the Andhra Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1987, in section 4, in
sub-section (3), in clause (b), after sub-clause (i), the following shall be
inserted namely,-
