A Regulation to provide that the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Estates
Land Act, 1908 shall cease to be in force in Certain Scheduled areas in the
Andhra area of the State of Andhra Pradesh. Whereas it is
expedient to provide that the Andhra Pradesh, (Andhra Area) Estates Land Act,
1908 (Act 1 of 1908) shall cease to be in force in certain Scheduled areas in
the Andhra Area of the State of Andhra Pradesh. it is hereby
enacted as follows. This Regulation
may be called the Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Scheduled Areas) (Estates Land
Repealing) Regulation, 1943. (1)
The Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area)
Estates Land Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), shall cease
to be in force in the Scheduled Areas specified in the Schedule to this
Regulation. (2)
The State Government may, by
notification in the Andhra Pradesh Gazette, declare that the said Act shall
cease to be in force in any Scheduled Area in the East Godavari, West Godavari
and Visakhapatnam districts other than one specified in the Schedule. THE SCHEDULE Rampachodavaram
