AVNEESH JHINGAN, J.

1. Due to COVID-19 situation, the Court is convened through video conference.

2. This petition is filed for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No. 13 dated 2.11.2020, under Sections 409, 420, 465, 466, 467, 471 and 120-B IPC and Sections 7 and & 7(a) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau FS-1, SAS Nagar (Mohali).

3 This Court vide order dated 10.12.2021, granted the interim bail subject to joining investigation.

4. Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Harminder Singh submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is co-operating.

5. As no custodial interrogation is needed, the interim bail granted on 10.12.2021 is made absolute.

6. Disposed of accordingly.
