(Supreme Court Of India)

Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s). 3583/2022 | 01-04-2022

1. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happens to be the married daughter of the deceased Government servant, although has not been sponsored by the widow (petitioner’s mother), still she has an independent right for being considered for compassionate appointment under the existing scheme of Rules.
