1. Heard.

2. In compliance of the earlier order, dated 22.09.2022, Mr. Abhishek Verma, Investigating Officer of the Case Crime No.24 of 2021, under Sections 328/304 I.P.C., Police StationItiathok, District Gonda is present in Court and informs that only FSL report is awaited and he has concluded the investigation and very soon he will submit the Police Report to the Court concerned.

3. Accordingly, the contempt application is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Lucknow to provide the FSL Report in relation to aforesaid case within a period of two weeks from today to Investigating Officer. Thereafter, within one week, he shall file police report to the Court concerned.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the contempt application is disposed of.

5. Mr. Ram Swroop, learned counsel for the opposite party undertakes that he will inform to the Director, Forensic Science Laboratory, Lucknow for compliance of the direction of this Court.
