2. This Court is satisfied that the Detailed Accident Report in Form II of the modified Claims Tribunal Agreed Procedure appended to the order dated 12th December, 2014 in Rajesh Tyagi v. Jaibeer Singh (supra) and Sobat Singh v. Ramesh Chander Gupta (supra), takes care of all the relevant clauses of the Victim Impact Report and, therefore, paras 94 and 98 of the order dated 11th October, 2013 requiring the police to file the Victim Impact Report in road accident cases are hereby recalled on the condition that the police shall file Detailed Accident Report in Form II in all road accident cases before the Claims Tribunal with a copy to the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate within 30 days of the accident.
3. Since the modified Claims Tribunal Agreed Procedure would be implemented w.e.f. 1st February, 2015, this order shall be effective from 1st February, 2015 meaning thereby that the police shall continue filing Victim Impact Report till 31st January, 2015.
4. The Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic) shall ensure that the Detailed Accident Report in Form II of the modified Claims Tribunal Agreed Procedure is filed in all road accident cases w.e.f. 1st February, 2015.
5. Copy of this order be sent to all the District and Sessions Judges for circulation to all judicial officers. Copy of this order be given dasti to the learned Amicus Curiae, learned Standing Counsel for Delhi Police and Counsel for the petitioner under the signature of the Court Master.

Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 — Claims Tribunal — Victim Impact Report — Filing of — Detailed Accident Report (DAR) in Form II of the Modified Claims Tribunal Agreed Procedure to be filed by the police with the Claims Tribunal with a copy to the concerned Metropolitan Magistrate within 30 days of the accident — Held, Modified Claims Tribunal Agreed Procedure would be implemented w.e.f. 1st February, 2015 and, therefore, the police shall continue filing Victim Impact Report till 31st January, 2015 — Detailed Accident Report in Form II of the modified Claims Tribunal Agreed Procedure to be filed in all road accident cases w.e.f. 1st February, 2015
