1. The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

2. This petition is for grant of regular bail in case of FIR No.212, dated 06.12.2017, under sections 302, 201 of IPC (section 120-B of IPC added later on), registered at police station Basti Bawa Khel, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.

3. Custody certificate of the petitioner has been filed today in the Court and the same is taken on record.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

5. Dismissed as withdrawn.
