1. This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed for quashing of FIR No. 83 dated 15.7.2021, under Sections 406, 420 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professional (Regulation), Act, 2014, registered at Police Station Navi Baradari, Jalandhar, on the basis of compromise.

2. Vide order dated 16.11.2021, parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court.

3. Report dated 3.12.2021 is received stating that the complainant failed to appear before the Court for recording of statement.

4. In view of report received, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

5. Dismissed as withdrawn.
