1. By way of the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Cirminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners have challenged the F.I.R. No.149/2022 registered at P.S. Balotra, District Barmer on the ground that the same has been lodged vindictively.
2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to put forth their defence by way of representation along with documentary and other evidence before the Investigating Officer.
3. In case such evidence is produced, the Investigating Officer shall consider the same, in accordance with law.
4. The present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. The stay application also stands disposed of accordingly.
