2. The learned counsel for the 3rdrespondent has produced an order passed by the 2ndrespondent, dated 19.06.2014, wherein the prayer of the petitioner is met with. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
