(Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to settle all the pension benefits to the petitioner with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.)

1. The petitioner, after working as Gang Mazdoor, retired on 30.06.2012. However, the respondents failed to fix his pension and other benefits. The petitioner is therefore before this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the fourth respondent, by producing a communication dated 26.06.2014, submitted that the panchayat union has already forwarded the proposal to the third respondent for passing appropriate orders.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the third respondent seeks for months time to process the proposal and pass final orders.

4. The third respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the proposal made by the fourth respondent, dated 26.06.2014, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
