1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

Mr. Kantak, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant points out that liberty was granted to the applicant to seek modification of our order dated 31.08.2021 in case the GCZMA disposes of a show cause notice dated 17.06.2019 on terms favourable to the applicant. Mr. Kantak points out that the GCZMA now disposed a show cause notice.
3. Mr. Kantak also submits that for the present the petitioner would be satisfied if the alternate prayer for fixing peremptory date for deciding the entire petition is granted.
4. Even according to us, interest of justice will be met if the petition is posted for final hearing at an early date, otherwise there would be duplication of arguments. Besides, apart from the issue of CRZ, there are other issues raised in the petition.
5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of by posting the main Public Interest Litigation Writ Petition no.12 of 2020 for final hearing on 21.11.2022 peremptorily. Matter to be posted high on Board subject to overnight part heard matters.
6. This application is disposed of.
