1. Having heard learned counsel for the parties we direct that while Gamma Chamber presently housed in the Jawaharlal Nehru University may be sent to the Bhabha Atomic Research Central, Bombay, for recharging, if will be re-housed, subject to the ultimate decision in the writ petition at its old site only after the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Bombay has certified that the radiation levels are within the permissible limits after recharging and further that the readings have been disclosed, to the Atomic Energy Regulatory Board and the said Atomic Energy Regulatory Board has no objection to the radiation levels. Learned counsel for the Jawaharlal Nehru University states that the Gamma Chamber will not be brought back to the Jawaharlal Nehru University during the pendency of the writ petition

2. No orders on the intervention application at this stage

3. The writ petition will be listed on April 21, 1987 for final hearing.
