REGULAR FIRST APPEAL NO. 100199 OF 2015 (PAR/POS) | 11-07-2022

1. Appellant No.3, appellant No.4, respondents 1(a), 1(b), respondents 2 to 4 and respondents 6 and 8 are present before the Court. They are duly identified by their counsel.

2. The Power of Attorney executed by appellant No.1(a) to 1(c) and appellant No.2 in favour of appellant No.3, respondents 5 and 7 in favour of respondent No.2 along with the compromise petition is submitted before the Court. The parties admit the execution of the compromise petition.

3. Heard on the compromise petition. The compromise is found admissible in law. Therefore, the compromise is recorded.

4. Appeal is allowed.

5. The impugned judgment and decree is hereby set aside.

6. The suit in O.S.No.18/2012 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Gangavathi, is decreed in terms of the compromise petition.

7. Draw final decree accordingly on the parties furnishing the required stamps.
