Per Shri A. T. Varkey, JM: Both these appeals filed by assessee are against the separate orders of Ld. CIT(A) - 24, Kolkata dated 14.06.2018 for AY 2009-10.

2. At the time of hearing the Ld. AR submitted before us that since the issues have duly been resolved he wants to withdraw both the appeals as per the instruction of the assessee. Since the Ld. DR has got no objection for withdrawal of the same, we dismiss both the appeals of assessee as withdrawn.
