In Re: Crl. Misc.Time Extension Application No. 5 of 2021

1. Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Srinette learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and Sri K.K. Rao, learned counsel for P.C.F.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that after being released on bail applicant has deposited Rs.75,94,286/- Total amount deposited by the applicant is Rs.2,46,87,791.80/-. A photo copy of the deposited slip of Rs.75,94,286/- is also annexed as Annexure-1 to the time extension application filed in support of bail application. After filing the present time extension application the applicant has also deposited some more amount in total near 3 crores rupees. He further submits that due to third wave of Covid-19 applicant was not able to deposit the entire amount, therefore, counsel for applicant prays for further time to enable him to pay remaining dues.

3. Learned counsel for applicant submitted within four weeks he will deposit the entire dues amount.

4. Learned counsel for P.C.F. does not dispute the aforesaid facts and submitted that near about 3 crores rupees has been deposited by applicant. He has no objection for granting further time to applicant.

5. On the aforesaid submission the applicant is granted four weeks' further time to deposit the remaining dues. Accordingly, the application is allowed.

6. Subject to the fact that the applicant will deposit the remaining amount within four weeks.

7. The applicant will surrender before the C.J.M., concerned on or before 14.3.2022.

8. The earlier condition imposed upon applicant in earlier order dated 23.12.2021 will remain intact.
