1. The instant writ application has been preferred by the petitioner praying for a direction upon the respondent no.2 to take appropriate action, in accordance with law with respect to the representation of the petitioner dated 22.09.2023 and 02.03.2024 wherein the petitioner has alleged forged mutation entry in the name of respondent no.5 with respect to land situated in the village ICR Road, Bhabhan Toli, Giridih, Khata No. 38, Khesra No.360, Plot No. 408, Holding No. 163 area 9/10 decimals.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant writ application may be disposed of in the light of above prayer and the respondent- Deputy Commissioner is directed to look into the matter.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application is hereby disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to treat this writ application as representation and take a decision in the matter and if the claim of the petitioner is found genuine, then appropriate action be taken in accordance with law and applicable rules and regulations.

4. With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ application stands disposed of.
