KARAMJIT SINGH, J
1. Present petition has been moved by the petitioner seeking directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to produce his daughter-Anamika Soni (respondent No.5) before this Court so that petitioner be able to meet her.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submitted that respondent No.5- Anamika Soni aged about 24 years got married with respondent No.6-Tarun against the wishes of the petitioner and presently said couple is staying in shelter home situated in police line Gurugram.
3. The present petition is hereby disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case with directions to respondents No.2 to
4 to permit the petitioner to meet his daughter-Anamika Soni (respondent No.5) who is presently lodged in shelter home situated in Police Line Gurugram.
