2. Opposite Party no. 2 and 3 appeared and filed vokalatnama.

3. Heard learned Counsels for the parties.

4. This revision is filed praying for direction to the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Additional Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly to dispose of the Title Suit No. 71 of 2006 renumbered as Title Suit No. 944 of 2014.

5. It is seen that the said title suit is pending since 2006. So, speedy disposal is imperative.

6. Considering this and having considered the submission of the learned Advocate of the both sides, the learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Additional Court, Chandannagar, Hooghly is requested to dispose of the Title Suit No. 71 of 2006 renumbered as Title Suit No. 944 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 2 (two) years from the date of the receipt of this order on merits and in accordance with law.

7. Petitioner will communicate this order to the Court below at the earliest.

8. With above observation, this Civil Revisional Application is disposed of.

9. There will be no order as to costs.

10. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if available, be made to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
