In
exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to clause (3)(e) of Article
320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor, Assam is hereby pleased to make
the following Regulations further to amend the Assam Public Service Commission
(Limitation of Functions) Regulations, 1951 hereinafter referred to as the
principal Regulations, namely:- (1)
These regulations may be called the
Assam Public Service Commission (Limitation of Functions) (Amendment)
Regulations, 2021. (2)
They shall come into force on the date
of their publication in the Official Gazette, In
the principal Regulations, in the SCHEDULE, in Column 3,4,5 and 6, in serial
No. 2 pertaining to Higher Education (Technical) Department, after the point
No. 8, the following shall be inserted in the respective columns, namely:- Sl.
